WelcomeI'm a firm believer in the saying cleanliness is next to being divine. ;) Each of my items is made with love and care in that way only truly handmade goods can be. Each creation is unique in that no two bars of soap are exactly the same. I make each item to order to ensure the best possible quality of color and scent. I also love custom bath and body product orders. Be sure to check my sold items section to see what I've done for others if you don't see something in my active listings that catches your fancy. Custom scenting and blending is available as well! PaymentI accept money orders and PayPal payments. If you feel you need to cancel your order, please give me as much lead time as possible as my turn-around time for most orders can be somewhat fast (it's currently at about 2 to 3 weeks). If I cannot contact you within a reasonable amount of time to confirm your order (up to 5 days) and arrange payment I will cancel the order. Likewise, if PayPal payments are not sent in a timely fashion, I will cancel the order. I will always make attempts to contact you prior to canceling a sale in case there is a problem. If something comes up, and you need to delay payment, please be sure to communicate that to me so that we can make arrangements. I am very flexible. ShippingAll U.S. orders of at least 3 bars of soap will always be shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and (if at least $15) insurance unless otherwise noted because I've had great success with that method. It costs a bit more then other methods, but is much more reliable and rather fast. Otherwise, I ship standard First Class. If you prefer another method, please contact me to make arrangements. If you would like insurance on any order less then $15 before shipping cost, please let me know and I will adjust the shipping accordingly and reserve the item(s) for you. Anyone who knows me personally can make arrangements for personal delivery or pickup. :) I do my best to ensure that your item(s) arrive to you in good condition by shipping in boxes and using padding to protect bath and body items. The only things that go in padded envelopes are small samples and individual lip balms. If there are any gross overages in shipping (anything beyond $2) I will cheerfully refund the excess, especially with International Shipping. I offer shipping discounts for large orders, and will happily stuff a flat rate box with as much stuff as I can! Refunds and ExchangesI do not give refunds. All bath and body product sales are final due to health and safety concerns. I may consider an exchange or a store credit for bath and body depending on what has been purchased and how long it has been since the purchase was made. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Store credits will take the form of a gift certificate which will be good for two years and valid in either of my Etsy shops. If we agree that a store credit or exchange is the best option, you as the buyer are responsible for shipping, and your initial shipping will not be refunded or credited. Also, no store credit or exchange will occur until I receive the original item back and it is in the same condition it arrived to you in and I must receive it within 7 business days. If something is damaged during shipping and you bought insurance, we will file a claim. In order to do so, you MUST send me photographs of the damage unless you wish to file the claim yourself. To file an insurance claim you have to provide proof of damage, so keep everything (including the box) until the claim is resolved. Otherwise, a claim cannot be successfully filed. If you do not ask and pay for insurance, I can not be held liable for things lost or damaged in shipping. I am rather flexible and aim to please, so if there is a problem and something was damaged in shipping, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can do something to help you out. I would hate for someone to feel cheated. These policies hold true for any transaction, be it in person or online. These are my business policies. Please feel free to contact/convo me about any of these things. :) Be aware that my prices are subject to change without notice, especially in products containing essential oils, botanicals, butters and oils as cost for these can fluctuate depending on a great many factors (i.e. failed crops, natural disasters, etc) Please note that none of my bath and body products are meant to treat or cure any disease or condition. Essential oils have been used for a very long time in aromatherapy, but I make no claims or promises as far as health benefits. I merely provide information contained in some of my books for reference. Some people are allergic to essential oils as well as fragrance oils, colors or butters. If you are unsure of an ingredient, please contact me and I will happily put up a custom listing for you for a small sample. Use these products at your own discretion. Better to be safe then sorry!
